Westlund Guidance Clinic offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to individuals with Autism and other related developmental disoBehavior Technicians,rders from 18 months to 21 years old. Our knowledgeable and kind team of BCBA’s, Behavior Technicians and Occupational Therapist aim to help increase language and communication and improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics for your child in need.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst will use standardized testing (such as AFLS, VBMAPP, or ABLLS) to evaluate strengths and deficits to create and supervise a program focused on your child’s individual needs. A Behavior Technicians/RBT will then implement the programing for the recommended number of hours per week and collect data on your child’s progress. Family training, consultation, and team meetings are also available.
Westlund also provides Occupational Therapy Services.
Occupational Therapy is a form of therapy for people of all ages who may require extra support to lead independent, productive, and satisfying lives. This type of therapy utilizes everyday activities (e.g. self-care, work, play) to increase a person’s independence, enhance their development, or prevent disabilities.

Treatment may be provided in the home, community, or center based settings. Transportation services for this program are also available to those who qualify!
